Divine. Empowered. Warriors. These are words that embody the female spirit. However, they are not words that are usually chosen to describe women or the feminine. Usually, words such as sensual, compassionate, and mother are chosen as descriptive words when talking about women.

Through this ever growing body of work, my goal is to show that women have many different attributes. Empowered women can be warriors...loves...mothers. They can be assertive and timid. Women can be sensual, erotic and aggressive.

My daughter ate a fortune cookie recently. Her fortune read: "Mothers are the only Goddesses in which the whole world truly believes". I firmly believe that ALL women are Goddesses, and through my work I hope to show that we as women have the right to own our Power...our Truth...our Story.

Hailing from the midwest, I studied jewelry design and metalsmithing at a presigious art university on the east coast. I currently reside on the west coast with my family.
