This section is devoted to prayers our staff and readers are offering up on behalf of friends and family.
Hang Your Prayer

As the breeze blows through the boughs, it collects the fluttering flags of our prayers and carries them to eternity:
|
To all those friends and familes,
Both known and loved, and as yet unmet,
May you find joy and companionship in the darkness
And feel the kiss of the Sun as He returns once more.

Rhiannon,
The last few months have been a whirlwind - incredible opportunities and rewards in your artistic endeavours - and the corrosponding pain and difficulty in your health. May the turning wheel bring health to you as you continue to strive and succeed in your art.

Jeri,
You may feel you walk a dark path alone, but remember all you have to do is close your eyes and listen. You will hear us there, loving you and supporting you through this.

You are walking a difficult path right now. May you find the courage within yourself to move through this time like riding the waters current. May you find the strength in yourself to face your personal struggles with fortitude and self compassion and forgiveness. Remember that you are always blessed my friend.

May the Earth Mother and the Horned God share their love this Midsummer with us all, strengthening us and helping to soothe the fears and hatreds of those who do not know or understand us.

Lisa, you walk a difficult path that has been set before you. You continue your journey with a grace and beauty that is immeasurable and found in few. I add my energy to yours, giving you strength as you fight battles for those who cannot fight for themselves.

My Younger Daughter
You live life as if it will run away while you sleep. Fierce, honest, unflinching. You are only 3 with a lifetime ahead, and I pray that you find a way to hold back some small part of yourself. You bruise so often as you flail against the world in your eagerness to see, smell, hear, touch, taste, feel everything.
Sometimes the silence is where we find the most joy, the greatest peace - the strength we need to live life to the fullest.
I pray that you hear the silence within and embrace it as you embrace the world without.

For my Cousin
The year turns - not even halfway yet since your son left to follow his path into the next life. Already a new soul glows within your belly. I hear the confusion. The sorrow and grief unspoken - glass shards behind the glitter of joy for this new child.
May the Mother cradle you in this time - one filled with so much unshed pain and tumultuous with burdened joy.
Daughter of my mother's sister, we share blood and bone. Let me share this cup of bitter-sweet tears. I do not know how you find the strength to deal with this - I can only hope it is there.

My Sister walking the Shadow Paths
As you walk in the darkness, remember the light always returns. And on those nights darkest to your soul, look up and see the stars - you are not alone, but rather watched over by the millions of souls who walked this path before you. May they share their strength when you need it most, and their healing for all times.
The Mother's Voice whispers in your heart and head as she guides you through this. You know this, even if it is at times hard to remember.
Your sisters are many - separated from you by space, but not by love. We all walk different paths - single threads in the tapestry of life, we are forever woven together.
